Timber for these pieces has been resourced in NSW. Camphor Laurel is an introduced weed and its use in furniture and decorative items is a great way to utilize it. Its distinctive grain and warm colour and fragrance make it highly decorative and appealing.

  • In the Celtic Christian world it was combined with the Christian Cross. It is said that St. Patrick or St. Declan during the period when he was converting the Irish to Christianity. These crosses are visually very appealing and the circle is understood to be a symbol of eternity.
